This site provides actual salary/rate information that your co-workers make in your company. We validate the information on this site by the pay stubs/salary slips uploaded or faxed to us. This service is totally free and it requires only two simple steps to find out what your co-workers are making at your location. Unlike other salary sites, we do not give an average, but the actual salary or hourly rate of the people working with you.

To start empowering yourself, you have to follow two simple steps:

1. Register yourself here by giving your salary information. All your personal information will be deleted when the reports are being generated. Following is a sample of the report.




You can search by skills, title, company name, zip, state.


2. Upload or fax your pay stub so that we may verify the information you have provided is accurate. If you are not working or do not have a pay stub, you can still register. However your search will be limited to people who have less that one year of experience. We require only minimum information on your pay stub. Your address, social security number, bank account number etc. should be concealed before uploading or faxing. Following is a sample of pay stub that indicates information we require. Your name will not be shown in the report.
   
   

The site lets you search for one full year after you have provided your pay stub. After which, you will have to provided your pay stub again.
